The Grandhotel Pupp is only one of the few european famous resort hotel counting its history since 18th century. The history is amazing, beginning already in 1701 with construction of one of its parts connected with the person Johann Georg Pupp, who was originally a confectioner. He dreamed a hotel so big that all Wallenstein´s company could have stayed there overnight. The next generations of the Pupps followed father´s footsteps. The Pupp family added the last object to the hotel in 1936, shortly before the start of World War II. As you walk through the hotel today, you feel as if you have gone back in time.&ldqou;to the good old days&rdqou;. A classic example is the stucco ballrooms with their crystal chandeliers and age-old pictures. And the original staircase with its etched glass.
GRANDRESTAURANT PUPP - most luxurious restaurant in the hotel. Its comfortable atmosphere is accompanied by cozy eating corners inviting you to sit down and try the meals prepared by a professional team of chefs and waiters. CLUB LITTLE HALL - a unique bar with a nineteenth century atmosphere, situated in the oldest part of the hotel. Wide choice of gourmet specialities, capacity - 80 seats, opening hours 11 a.m. - 11 p.m.
CAFÉ PUPP - famous café, visited by the famous composer L. van Beethoven in 1812. We offer many sweet specialities - cakes, hot desserts, toasts, milk shakes. Capacity - 60 seats, opening hours 9 a.m. - 8 p.m.
BECHER'S BAR - it is a wonderful exact copy of a classical old London bar from the 1920's. Besides the possibility of choosing any kind of food from practically all of the world culinary specialties, the Bar will also prepare any cocktail for you from a choice of more than 100 mixed drinks.
